I've been a customer of Geico for almost 5 yrs now. Their rates are competitive, and I have the entire family covered under the policy.
I like their online services where you can setup auto-pay and make changes to your policy on the fly.
Luckily I haven't had to use them for any claims.
Would I suggest them to my friends? You bet, it's worth giving them a call.

Today I had to call because my car was broken in to. The guy I spoke to could not have been more empathetic. He didn't just ask me if I was okay, he apologized that I had to go through such an ordeal. He apologized that he would have to transfer me to another department because my claim was only about glass, not the car but before he transferred me he explained what I could expect from the next department. Then he transferred the call already haven spoken to the next guy and personally introduced me to the next department so I didn't have to go back through the whole explanation. GREAT customer service. I have called a few times over the years and have always been impressed with how well their agents have been trained.

I love how convenient things are when I am dealing with Geico. I can do practically everything I need to on their website and the few times I actually have to talk to a person they are so polite.Today I had to call because my car was broken in to. I'm here to tell that Geico is a first rate insurance company!! My Son died in a car wreck clearly of his own fault. They paid everything, even his funeral expenses, and made a really good settlement with the other driver. Two and a half years later the state asked for $2000 in reimbursement for "road damages". That was also paid without any questions! Thank You Geico!!!

I logged on to GEICO ONLINE to get a quote.
My quote ended up saving me money so I decided to call and speak to an agent to make sure I did it correctly. I just NOW got off at 10:50pm!! To my surprise the agent Justin was excellent. I expected once speaking to him that the quote would go up.
To my surprise, it was actually LOWER than the Online Quote AND my current monthly premium!!
I'm SAVING $56 dollars a month than what I currently have on two cars AND BETTER coverage!!!
Dad in law also signed up and he got $15 LESS as well!!!
GO ONLINE OR GET A QUOTE, hey- what have you got to loose?
